At Foresthomesstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your home decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
